Vision

"Trident College seeks to unlock the potential within each child, as we prepare them to take on the mantle of global citizenship in a dynamic and changing world."

Teachers from around the world have been employed to provide a caring, child-centered education that values problem solving, critical thinking and meaningful interaction. This is done in the context of a residential boarding school that offers a broad curriculum from years 6 to 13, that includes examinations set by the Cambridge Examinations Syndicate at IGCSE and A level. Trident is an independent, co-educational school with pupils from throughout Zambia, southern Africa and the world. The school is located on a game park in North West Zambia and was established by the local mining company (First Quantum Minerals Limited) to meet their need for top-quality secondary education. Increasingly, Trident College is becoming a self-sustaining national asset as parents choose to enroll their children in this forward thinking international school.
