World Class Facilities
Our 6th Form facilities rival those of any international school anywhere in the world. Whether silently working away in the library, engaging in group study on the veranda, or taking a moment in the social area, rest assured you will be able to find a space that enables you to achieve every day. We are constantly seeking ways to enhance the experience, and a major redesign of key spaces such as the library and gallery will be undertaken very soon to best serve the evolving needs of the technological generation.

A vast catalogue of resources and regular one-to-one interviews ensure that our pupils are empowered to take ownership of their future. In addition, Trident College offers a thorough Life Orientation course which focuses on the soft-skills and personal development young people need to make a success of their opportunities in the adult world.
Our ever-growing work experience programme, undertaken at the end of Year 12, ensures that you will be able to taste the employment market and develop your experience ahead of university and college application. At Trident College, our 6th Form programme is designed to give pupils all the experiences and opportunities required to stand out as candidates in the incredibly competitive university application arena. Our extensive co-curricular programme focuses on sport, culture, and service, while senior pupils also undertake ‘6th Form Service’ cycles, designed to supplement academic performance whilst showcasing essential characteristics such as resilience, self-management, and community-mindedness. By carefully balancing all aspects of a senior’s life at Trident, we have achieved a considerable track record of success in admitting pupils to elite universities such as M.I.T, Kent, Oxford, Cambridge, Loughborough, Liverpool, Newcastle and, closer to home, UCT. We have sent alumni all over the world, to Canada and the U.S., Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Cyprus, and Indonesia to name but a few.
Trident College is proud to be at the vanguard of technological innovation in the educational sphere. Senior pupils engage in dedicated MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) time, allowing them a degree of specialisation and super-curricular growth unprecedented in traditional schooling. All this is underpinned by some of the fastest internet infrastructure in Zambia, and an industry leading firewall ensuring that safeguarding is never compromised in the either the physical or the virtual sphere.
Of course, your development does not stop at the classroom door, and our sector leading outdoor education programme, coupled with our astonishing natural environment (will afford you the opportunity for all the outdoor pursuits you can handle.
In the evening, you can relax in our outstanding, university style boarding accommodation within the two senior boarding houses, Ravensthorpe (boys) and Mogrein (girls). Everything in our boarding houses is designed to emulate the experience of university living, giving you a head start on your personal journey to independence.
